Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund upon return.
Timing: 30 days from the day the item was received.
Goods must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

It usually takes 1-7 business days to process refunds once we receive items back in our warehouse.

Do we need to pay for return shipment? +

If the item was defective or faulty, we will cover the return shipping 100%. If the customer simply doesn't like the item or ordered incorrectly, they will be responsible for the return shipping unless CheckOut+ was availed to cover the return label cost.
