During checkout, you will be prompted with available payment methods and you will find PayPal as one of them.

Coupon codes can be applied at checkout. Underneath your order summary, you will see the option to add a discount code. Some promotional codes are automatically applied, so the code won't work. Double check to see if the discount was automatically applied for you.

You may contact customer support at 833-717-2728 or support@sunbrightlighting.com to try and change your order. If your order has already been fulfilled, then it cannot be changed.

Products

We recommend our Cast Brass Material products since that is the most heavy duty material of all the three materials we have (cast brass, stainless steel, and cast aluminum).

Returns & Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy.

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: 30 days from the day the item was received.
  • Goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Returns can be initiated on our returns page.
  • Customer will receive a confirmation email once the return is inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Our return policy is 1 month. If you are unsatisfied with material, please try contacting our support before returning.

It usually takes 5-10 business days to process refunds once we receive items back in our warehouse.

If the item was defective or faulty, we will cover the return shipping 100%. If the customer simply doesn't like the item or ordered incorrectly, they will be responsible for the return shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide Free Standard Shipping with all orders and optional Expedited Shipping calculated based on the total items in your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your package.

Our free ground shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on the location.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
