We recommend our Cast Brass Material products since that is the most heavy duty material of all the three materials we have (cast brass, stainless steel, and cast aluminum).

What is the return policy? +

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy.

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund upon return.
  • Timing: 30 days from the day the item was received.
  • Goods must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • The customer will receive a confirmation email once the return is inspected.

It usually takes 1-7 business days to process refunds once we receive items back in our warehouse.

Do we need to pay for return shipment? +

If the item was defective or faulty, we will cover the return shipping 100%. If the customer simply doesn't like the item or ordered incorrectly, they will be responsible for the return shipping unless CheckOut+ was availed to cover the return label cost.

We provide Free Standard Shipping with all orders and optional Expedited Shipping calculated based on the total items in your order, only available on selected items.
