It usually takes 1-7 business days to process refunds once we receive items back in our warehouse.
If the item was defective or faulty, we will cover the return shipping 100%. If the customer simply doesn't like the item or ordered incorrectly, they will be responsible for the return shipping unless CheckOut+ was availed to cover the return label cost.
We provide Free Standard Shipping with all orders and optional Expedited Shipping calculated based on the total items in your order, only available on selected items.
