How frustrating it is it when you call A supplier and have to go through menus and routing to finally get to a real person? Such has not the case with Sun Bright. You get a real salesperson whose knowledgeable and helpful. I was sent one of the products which was not what I expected nor ordered, and they more than made up for it by giving me a better product for the same price. They have shown me they truly get it and value their customers which is not common anymore these days.
We are happy with the quality of the lights. We have not set up installation yet. I will let you know once they are in.
Your constant emails daily are annoying. I will not reorder from you again unless you change this corporate model.
For the lights that I received a new work, they seem to be perfect. I emailed customer service on some damaged lights on 22 February and have not heard anything back on how to get the replaced.
I had ordered soft white and was sent bright white. 😡. Not worth the trouble sending back. I learned a lesson.
I’ve used 110 volt lights to decorate my sailboat top of mast for years and the 110 volts I was lucky for them to last 3 months . I switched to 12 volt and they last almost a year before breaking down .
You have to realize the lights are operated 50 feet in the air exposed to sunn, wind and salt air .
Since climbing the mast is not an easy job it stands to reason I’d want to purchase lights that last as long as possible, fewer trips up the mast .
I’ve constructed a 7’ diameter peace sign that is illuminated every day . So far these lights are so much more durable and i recommend these lights for your indoor or outdoor use . Good product!

Lights look good but one of them was damaged, the front glass was broken. I didn’t receive any emails confirming the products were shipped. I had to continually check on their website for tracking updates. Sent emails to report the damage item and still haven’t received a response. It’s unlikely I will be a return customer.
Sun Bright has done a great job with their customer service, placed an order and it was promptly shipped and communication has been great, UPS on the other hand has damaged the package( or so they say) but it hasn’t shown up yet. Sun Bright sent out a replacement immediately.
I never received the product, and each time I reach out for help no one responds. Some company you jokers have.
I am happy to have found a reliable source for the G4 bulbs for my outdoor lights. Arrived in good order and works great.
